gutsy c/r but i lm okay with it here. what do you do if one of them pushes? if one pushes and the other calls? i think you can really only all a push if C Car pushes and squirrel folds.

Yeah, I think a bigger raise is needed, I like 3-4x over the BB, plus an extra bet per limper so in this case about $3.50-$4, plus a couple bets extra because you are out of position and don't want alot of players to the flop when your first to act making $5 total a good bet. But I do like the check raise here on the flop, stops most people from popping you back with something like 88-TT, or even AK if you had led out.
