there is just a small chance you are bubbling when you get this in 3-way right?

1. if you win it all, it's fine obv.
2. if the biggest stack wins, you and the shorty are eliminated, but he'd be "out first" because lesser chips at the start of the hand
3. if the shorty wins, there is still a sidepot the size of your original stack so 2nd place is not a problem

so: only bad scenario is the shorty winning and you also losing the sidepot (can anyone confirm this is how this would work?)
