Obv. I didnt think he'd have 89o, but I did think that I would get maximum value here considering that he should bluff alot and have alot of T. I did a weird thing recently on this table, and I've been c-beting alot. Fine to just call down?

you need to know a little about villain though, if it's one of your standard nl100 nits, then this is a great way to pay off a set

I agree you need to know your opponent. its such a dry board that he needs to be someone that puts money in without a hand for you to make the call. if you however think he doesnt have a set on the flop (and dont VB too thin, like random Kx) then its an excellent way to take his stack!
