god damn it, can u really fold here ever?
I flat pre cuz this guy spams 3bets and always folds to 4bets, and he 3bets dominated aces and stuff
I guess obvc you can't fold but if you know he has a king beat because you've played him a lot, then can u fold? |

think he's more likely to call twice w/ low pairs/less than top pair if I check flop ><?
lemme know if this is bad or what reasons I shouldn't do this btw
this guys thing is that he 3bets a lot but then seems to be really nitty in 3bet pots so I'm having trouble getting value past his original 3bet when I have a hand |

I think he checked the flop after reraising preflop because he is either
1.) slowplaying a big hand
2.) has a hand he will call with but doesn't want to bet
and 2 way more likely than 1 |

I would never check the flop for value here if I call the 3bet with AK like u do.
like literally 100% of the time he checks I bet the K, and I bet bluffs. |

well if he has air he has air, just keep taking advantage of the fact that you'll have him dominated a lot and the money will come.
really don't like the size of your river bet considering your reasoning behind checking the flop is that he's nitty postflop. if you bet 24 you will probably get more crying calls from random pairs/worse kings (with the added bonus of being able to fold more easily once c-r's, although that's a far secondary concern). that's a scary as hell board for anything worse than AK.
although i still think checking flop is the worst part of the hand |
