I think with a player like 60/15 it generally means they're weak and stupid so his RR on the river could easily be him not giving you credit for the ace and if you had hit the queen then he try to play off aces / flush

i'm just a 2/5c player though so ]

I think if he were then his most likely hand would be KQ/QJ, the call on turn makes me think he doesn't give you credit for the aces but still wants to see another card with his Q and then decide and then RR river under the guise of a flush/straight because to him, you've either hit the Q as well and its more likely that you're the one that will be folding it
