i have no read on the guy and i felt like i might have had best hand but who will ever know.....
does anyone have an idea what he had?

i wanted to see if he slows down or goes all in,....
what is the right play here to see if i am beat? aces cost me a shit load of money...
i either win marginally with them and get very little action
or i get lotsa action but i am always beat when i get tons of action
what can i do to determine whether i am beat??? |

theres too much variance at 50 NL to have a set way of knowing whether your beat or not
However i thought u flop bet was weak, should have been atleast 4 because any face card can be a scary card, but AA here is a very foldable hand here esp. with 2 flat calls behind u preflop, b/c it doesnt give u any info |

you shoulnt have to put in 40% of your stack to figure out if youre beat.... i mean wtf
by 3betting youre assuming that he will raise a draw like this and hes not going to flatcall your 3bet if hes committed to playing his draw strong
if you dont think hes raising a draw here dont 3bet, just peel one off... of course half the deck is a scarecard here to thats a decision you have to make on the flop
about aces
bet more with them especially in position and if people show resistance you can lay it down... most people suck too much to fold marginal hands and will onyl raise you with a hand thats beats 1 pair
if youre beat youll probably hear about it.. if you dont assume youre good |
