correct fold ?
i mean, he could have AA KK or 99 TT and hit a set. I dont think JJ or AT or whatever would be that happy to put it all in...
on the other side he could have put me on AK because of my turn check and felt confident enough with any pocket pair.. |

i think it was the right fold, he could have even hit two pair on the turn, you were probably beat |

maybe i should have bet the turn as well and then fold to a push.
but problem is if i raise turn ive already put like 60-70% of my stack in the pot... and there wont be much left to save by folding |

i dont think you played it bad you dont wanan go broke with an overpair he very easily coulda had 99 or 1010, the only hands u really beat that he would have called your bet on flop with is JJ |

i would pot it on flop, your flop bet was weak and check almost indicates you have no hand at all, this is how people play their AK after they miss... |

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same | |
