no you should never check this turn, and i mean, since he shoved ill probably level myself into calling usually (if he MINraised ill probably fold usually) and expecting things like 9T with one club and stuff, since hes so stationy. especially since you very often have the club redraw, and he can have a random ace of clubs draw(i would NOT be surprised to see things like Ac7x, AcTx, AcJx, AcQx, AcKx), i think you should call ?

i think it would be harder if i didnt have a club. but this way, i can really convince myself that even if he does have the nuts, almost all of the nuts he can have, i have 9 or 11 outs against which is
pretty great since i dont think he has the nuts all of the time.

definitely add things like QJ, QT, J9, T9, J8, T8, QK, all kind of things that you can expect him to have, where his thinking is "oh kewl i have a bunch of outs, im gunna shove "

i think its pretty hard for him to show up with bare Ac here, Ac8x, Ac9x, maybe AcKx once in a blue moon

club redraw makes ur hand stronger for calling a bet, and giving a free card isn't as bad


and some hands from villain's range just got there

Bet/fold looks good. It's pretty hard for him to be bluffing when he shoves, and you can get loads of calls from worse, cos fish call n shit.
