I don't know how seriously you are playing, but minraising UTG is not good (it's fine on the button), and you should buy in full. If you don't feel like you can afford buying in full (should have a minimum of 20 buyins for the stake you are playing), then I would move down.
Hand as played is fine, although just check/raising the turn all-in is probably best... You have so little money left [on the river] that he's really unlikely to ever try to bluff so by just calling the turn you let all his bluffs (probably not many, but still) check behind the river and only call when he valuebets. If he's double barreling a flushdraw he'll call turn etc. |
