i felt so sure he had an overpair (dont ask why) so i felt kind of unbeatable, thinking he would bet the river and i would just push and i would live happily ever after

but wtf
if he has overpair he would be heavily inclined to fold due to flush and straight draw both hitting...
if he calls you you're beat and if he doesnt call you, you gain the exact amount you would have gained from simply calling his riverbet
it's like showing someone your hand and you not knowing his and him knowing his and yours and asking him if he wants to bet $30 on it
