above my limit, but this question looks very results oriented tbh. you are bluffcatching, which is a hard decision, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't bet the river, which is an easy decision imo |

eh i don't see how it's an easy decision? the guy is VERY tricky. i almost checked the river so i'm not being results oriented. i just felt like he would shove a lot and the turns that he's calling are either naked flush draws that aren't paying me off or perhaps a combo draw that's made a straight on the river. the jack is not a good card for me at all. |

As I see it he can put you on the draws on the turn and call a river bet with any ace - sometimes with any pair. Because of all the draws on the turn, we'd expect him to call us lighter than normal, so betting the river is v profitable. I mean your line only makes any sense if you miraculously improved on the turn and looks so drawy/fos othoerwise I feel you must bet the river. |
