If he isn't the type of player where turn is a snap fold, then I kinda like this, since the ability to pull this on the river lends extra value to the turn call because you not only catch his second barrels, and can check back river, but you can also do this to his overpairs and good jacks when he barrels the river. I personally wouldn't pull this here though, because I feel his cutoff opening range contains too many fours which he can't fold. This would be free money against his utg range though.
edit: and seeing your edit, I actually like it a lot less if you are 200bb deep, I think you risk too much money then for pretty much the same fold equity. I mean his calling range here is pretty inelastic. |

thanks those are exactly the type of thoughts I want ^^
true @ edit
I expect JX to fold pretty much always here without a question (barring any image impediments or him being a huge station wherein I wouldn't be doing this), you don't think so? |

Oh yeah, I expect all jacks to fold, and all overpairs to fold, and what I meant by inelastic was that I expect him to fold them however deep you are, so being deeper is just wasting money when you have walked into something. |

Oh ok, I got a little confused and was like WHOAAAA all 1pairs aren't auto folding? Now I see what you mean.
He instantly snapped before I clicked raise cuz he had 99 here I see what you mean about being deeper--- Say we were 200bb deep, would you just raise to $130 or so? |

yeah 119 is good imo since he has great trouble putting you a bluff... and then look like a complete dickhead when he shoves and you fold lol |
