if you call the turn you should call the river. if you don't wanna call a river bet then you should be folding this turn.

Fold preflop. That way you won't get into spots where you have to call down half your stack postflop and not really have any idea where you're at.

But given that he is so loose and is betting 1/3 of the pot, also i just give 1/4 of my stack , the play still sux ?

Yeah well if you had called (like I think you should as I thought I implied by my post) then it would have been somewhere around half iirc. And I mean, what kind of thin value do you think he is going for on a board like this? I doubt he is 3barreling QQ or JJ very often or esp a worse king. But if you think he has been playing a rather LAG style this early in the tourney then you still have to call given your price and the fact that he could just show up with some weird hand here even though you are mostly beat. Folding preflop is better because your hand should really have no value postflop in situations like this unless you flop 2pair or broadway or something, which doesn't happen often enough to justify it. You win turbos by playing tight and exploiting how loose all the other monkeys are playing early on and then exploit how tight they have to be playing for stacks later on as everyone gets shorter.
