So he has a small pp here that he calls a small bet with? When I check he should check behind all lower pp's so its like A7s that didn't raise turn or busted draws that didn't cbet flop and maybe some weak Ts (how many does a TAG raise utg and chooses this line with?) , as he should bet his over pairs 100% of the time on flop because of the fish. 93% Sure!
