I think it's bad, yeah. You almost know he has Aces, and your king high flushdraw may be no good. And your seven is almost useless

Flat this pre, even if he doesn't have aces playing this hand OOP in a 3bet pot isn't fun. You want a hand that hits a lot of flops hard to "well", and better than what your opponent is calling with, not a hand that hits a tiny number of flops super hard but is completely mediocre/bad on most.
