What do you put him on calling down the entire way? You think he floated with a Q and got there on the river. I check/call after the flop. At this level, he will most likely check behind on the turn, still looking to "trap" rather than get max value. On the river he'll either bet really small, hoping to get paid off, or go all-in, regurdless of the pot size. And his raise on the river just screams that he's got it. Fold and move on. You could have saved a lot of money in this pot. Check turn and see what he bets on the river and make you decision from there.
