This is such a stupid hand. My initial thought was to raise flop since he donk led into me, but I talked myself out of it. I think it would've been useless anyway since he hit top pair and he probably wouldn't lay it down either way. Thoughts? |

if you raise the flop your goal shouldnt be to make him lay it down...you have TPTK, you should want a call. |

In a results-oriented roundabout way of thinking, in this hand in particular I wanted him to lay it down on the flop. His lead into me was kind of curious, but I assumed he had a suited KQ or something...turns out I was effectively right. |

thats a really bad way of thinking lol....you shouldnt want him to lay it down on the flop just bcuz he ended up hitting a flush. |
