what % does he have to be squeezing when he calls only JJ+ AKo,AKs when we shove? and crazzy never calls QQ+?

he playing like 25/22~ 8% 3bet or so, 11% squeeze

Ye I think its a fold, not sure though, he must have the calling range I stated.
You can't 4bet fold that size as you will be forced to call his shove due to pot odds.

You can find the answer yourself, bet size is your whole stack due to reasons above
EV(semi-bluff) = X * Dead Money + (1- X) * [Equity * (Dead Money + Bet Size) - (1- Equity) * Bet Size]
X= Fold equity
