Although I like betting over check calling without reads and check call with weaker hands

everytime i've tried valuebetting top pair like say KJ here, i got raised 2x before. So thought if he was ever bluffing, i'd prefer check-calling so i can atleast see a showdown and see what his doing.

Ye but do that with Knk, not a hand that beats other kangs and T tupairs and whatever random Ts a limper has in his range.
This hands seems too strong to bluffcatch/get reads.
I think this hand is goot enough to bet call if they bluff rivers so much you are afraid of them...What beats you here, just slowplayed set, somehow limped KT pre and boinked k9k7 2p and three draw combos.
Villain having draws that beat you apart from the three suited straight combos in his range will rarely not pay off with weak made hands imo
