anyone like a flat on the river? so far hes a standard 24/17 tag. only got 40 hands on him. havnt seen him in any big hands yet.

all 7x flush draws are prob betting the turn again, sets are never really betting that river, imo, flat>raise>fold

agreed. i think i normally flat. just raised cuz i lost 4 buyins to flips in a really quick spurt. got my head back on my shoulders though.

There are no 7x flush draws unless you mean his offsuit hands. I think folding to the shove is far more realistic than flatting the river.

edit: there are however 9x and 8x flushdraws and 8x flushdraws are perfectly likely to check the turn. I think this is a standard river raise. Also, we'd be mad not to bluffraise this river sometimes, and he has got to feel that, and call of with any nine thinking we want to get him off a split or something.

actually now that you mention it i kinda like a raise to like 98 and folding to a shove.
