give him a chance to represent your hand, if he has AK or KK you can easily get the money in on the river

What hand is he gonna have that reraises you preflop that has two diamonds in it? Probably not KdQd, there's absolutely no way he has a flush draw here IMO. Probably QQ-JJ (obviously with the fold) but I would just call the flop, and pray for a Q or J on turn.
