why would some1 bluff the river here, except if you are known to 3 barrel K-high flop being an original raiser and your opponent likes to raise river alot

Any made hand woulda raised flop/turn b/c its so draw heavy/juicy unless they are a very passive/tricky player. Gogol's isn't. He likes to jam jam jam. He's also not gonna be flat calling turn w/ J9o (surprised he called w/ 97).
Only hand Gogol's could have here really is set 7s. MAYBE AKs.
