Think you should have played more agressively on the turn, the flatcall on the flop could indicate a flushdraw, by underbetting the pot you're giving him a chance to draw at it.

pair/gutshot/flushdraw he had 17 outs

64 into 149 pot is like 2,5:1 so the call was pretty much correct after he called pf and on flop
