Think you played this well, he was kind of early pos, a 3b would get 4b and u have to fold, or folded, these hands I think is perfect to call with in the blind and play conservatively. (The blinds suck for 3b early pos anyway, and when u do it you should have super tight range, but then it'll look silly if ur good, because they know what you have, therfor prolly smartest to call ur whole range when ppl open UTG, UTG+1, and when it comes to CO and BTN, it's best to 3b speculative hands or nut hands JJ+, or 75s hands, polarized range, and just flatcall with AJ, KJ, KQ hands who have medium value, because those hands can't really take a 4b, but the polarized range do.)
It's a lot of read dependant though, how tight the guy is but I'd call, he can have AT, I think he'd bet more with AQ on the river, might lose to AK, he bets a bit weak, so might be KQ.
If he's a nit, ur prolly behind, if he's loose, it's an easy call, then he might have Axs. Or if he's a rly bad player he might even do this with TT JJ
oj, ranted a bit again sorry lol |
