Why are you raising and then not sure what to do? FOLD
Just call the $4 getting very good odds

Either just call the $4 getting very good odds, or raise and then call a shove and hope to hit
Well he flat called and redonk'd Kr 1/2 pot
but is raising turn any good anyway? I'd have to raise bigger to be able to call it off, and then I'm almost always calling it off vs someone who has trips+. So should my options be call or fold?

I think calling is really standard. I dont understand why you would want to raise bigger "to be able to call it off".
