somewhat awkward spot, villain 4 bet/folds somewhat frequently i woulda jammed with AK for sure, but with KK and AA i feel that villain's mistakes can be magnified with post flop play. but this flop is really crappy, -.=
what is your default play and how do you proceed? what do you think of my turn bet size? |

What kind of flop is going to magnify his mistakes if you put him on a strong range? Anything he's going to get it in with postflop he was going to get it in preflop with as well, where he stands a much higher chance of making a mistake like stacking off with JJ, QQ, AK, maybe even AQs if he's really bad. Letting him see a flop I think just lets him off the hook with all of these, unless he's so terrible he's getting it in with TP. And why do you wanna ship AK preflop vs a player who is prone to make more mistakes postflop? If there was any hand worth flatting here I would say it's AK and never KK/AA. |
