I wouldn't have checked that flop. There is way too much out there to give away a free card. I would have bet pot on the flop and then fired another barrel on the Turn to really make him thinking about drawing any further.

Trouble with low limit is that you gotta ask yourself, "is this guy ever going to fold a straight draw?" if he isn't then you simply were going to get unlucky no matter how you played it.

Just give yourself the best opportunity to win the pot and that is definitely betting the flop. You're asking to be outdrawn if you don't.
