he knows. he's saying, if you do float this type of flop a lot, then the turn would be a standard place for you to bluff. so in other words, he's asking if betting the turn would help you get more value out of the hand. |

Turn wouldn't be a good spot for me to bet as a bluff. It would have follow up with big bet on the river in order to have my bluff succeed.
You should eep in mind the villian bet full pot on a 3-way flop where most would be check/folding with air. Judging from that, his range would be geared more towards overpair+.
Against TT+ I don't think I can get 2streets of value with my hand. So by checking turn, it promises me a call on a overbet.
It also protects my checking range on the turn but balance is overrated |
