Why Iove playing hands like this

You should not be playing hands like this with such a short stack. In fact, you should be playing all hands with a full stack, but the short stack hurts you the most when you play weak hands like 98o. Also raise a lot more on the flop, stop with this minraising. Minraising is never good at microstakes.
