depends how much he opens, how much he likes to barrel, how much you've been calling, etc., but i'd either fold the flop or call 3 on blanks. usually fold the flop.

and he can easily be betting A9/TT here (edit: actually maybe not since it's nl100)

I call river if I call turn basically because of what you've said. You need a read though to call two streets vs a UTG raiser.
