Isn't river super easy call? The villain doesn't check behind a set/2pair on the flop, lol.

villian is bluffing in a spot where he logically shouldnt have any bluffs so he expects a higher straight to lay down but lol at that

roman represents nut straight and there are barely any draws that should call on the turn to put his opponent on a bluff, thus representing 2pair into full house makes perfect sense. what he's thinking is roman either has

-79
-maybe 47
-maybe air

if he thinks he can make 79 fold then raise clearly is the better play. he underestimated romans awesomeness tho
