Uwa thats obviously not how you post hand histories for playersonly O.o

Anyways I'm a bit new to poker and was just wondering about my leaks in MTTs

in the hand I had 4/4 and he had QJ and shoved him preflop thinking i was going in with around a 50% chance to win with the antis and me being the big blind extra equity. The problem was that even though I don't think it was a bad play, it ultimately was the major cause for me not being able to cash even though I was only a few spots away from doing so (lost another hand like this and lost a 3rd one with q/q against a/j before I was eventually blinded out).

just wondering if I should fold and go for the guarenteed cash while waiting for a bigger hand or if I should keep playing the aggressor as one of the bigger stacks in the tourney.

Thanks
