If I'm fairly sure he stacks off on the river if the club comes is this ever a call? I guess I'm not even 200bb deep looking back at the hand though, so probably bad call right?

You have 7 clean outs. If you're absolutely certain he's stacking off on the river, you still have to be able to checkfold if a pairing club hits in order to be profitable.
