Posts 39 Fold PF would be an option, but with suckers who play 79s raising 4BB its a good hand. + EV semibluff I think, considering his stack size anyway, it's likely he'll fold to an all-in raise and it's likely for you to outdraw him even if he calls, so it's good play + variance.
