Kind of hard to say, depends a little on what you do with your other holdings in this situation.
But can X/call be that bad if he tends to make some bluffs sometimes..?
I think assuming that you're inducing bluffs anytime you bet small is really flawed since everyone expects you to think that and dont actually bluffraise, all you accomplish by betting smaller is making your hand face up (not actually face up as a straight but it looks like you have 2pair or something which is pretty much the same) and allowing him to play more correctly. I would bet big and fold to a raise here and feel pretty good about it, assuming you c/r a flushdraw fairly often you're not really being exploited even if he does bluffshove and I dont think this is a spot anyone really does bluffshove anyways.
I think check/call is an interesting option, the more thin value check/raises he thinks you have the more he might try to turn hands into bluffs when checked to on this river potentially making check/calling TJ here a good play.
