Nitty tag 16/13 - what range do you give him when he cold calls the 3bet then almost min raises the cbet?

JJ or QQ, wanna make him fold it?

when he calls your shove you have 25%, so you lose $7.5 there (invest 20$ more, get 12.5$ back)
if he folds you win 16.5$ so he doesn't have to fold all that often

so if he's bad enough to raise this "for information" maybe go for it?
reminds me of the WSOP footage with Annette Obrestad where she donated chips all over the table whilst claiming she thinks that people will fold overpairs to her

I guess I just don't know enough about him to know if he takes this line with AK/AQ or KhQh type hands and whether he would ever fold overpairs to a shove. Seemed kind of fishy to raise this amount to me but meh...

I'm trying to get more aggressive as I've been playing weak tight for far too long but maybe should pick better spots

I shoved he had AA....
