Ye he may be weak, but our equity is just shit to fight back without any history right?

Would having some more equity like As2d edit: or AK make you play back with higher frequency?

If you knew his donks are weak, is float or raise the preferable option here for you and with what types of hands?

Trying to get people to fold pairs in 3-bet pots is a no-no.

think 3betting with this type of hand is bad. he will prob call with Ax that dominate you,
and when you flopp Axx its hard to get off..
Also 3betting with Axs its much easier to play, like if you floopp FD its ez

3bet Axo when I was folding a lot bvb is like...ultra standard.

3betting lighter is maybe ultra standard, but I'd pick another hand for it too

I mean you have a blocker and a super easy playability on the flop + you got like 50% equity pf if he calls QJ KQ type hands.. And if he does call A7-AJ oop (do people do that really?), then I take the pot down soo often on rags, and that you hit absolutely does not mean auto stack off - you are in position.

If you fold to a steal a couple times bvb his stealing range will be so wide that it is really hard not to make money on the 3bet itself... and how many people and how frequently really call or 4bet oop when you haven't been playing back at them significantly.

Thats why my range will be very polarized against wide stealers to like TT+ AQs+ and hands like this one, as I call with most of hands with good implied equity bvb, which I would 3bet BU v CO for example.

calling is better than 3b if he's wide stealing.

Can you elaborate please? I don't like calling A6o and it never crossed my mind as it rarely allows you to be aggressive, and you will have shitty bluff catchers most of the time. Lets say he steals 40% - why do you think calling A6o>3betting?
