what range do you put him on after he calls flop, then how does it narrow on turn? and then what parts of that range donk all in on river?

he's not full stacked, so i just assume he's kinda bad
i assume he calls with all Qx, Jx and some 3x, all OESDs and GS
turn he's proly all Qx, KJ+? and OESDs
river jam, i proly assume too much 'hes just bad'
but im scared of random Qx two pairs, never saw the flush coming
should be a afold more often than not?
