If you talk about the 3-way hand with you and shortie, i put you on gutshot/oesd which i didn't want you to chase, set which you would call me, or maybe QQ which is the only hand I would like to keep around and which you would anyways fold after the shortie shove and my call.

because you didnt give me a chance to spew? Not sure why you'd feel the need to jam top set there to deny me a chance to draw, and in the off chance I have something like AJ/KQ, deny me a chance to improve and pay you off
I mean, you can probably argue that since theres no side pot, its pretty unlikely I'll ever try a complete bluff to iso the shortie (who is really not that short either actually) and if I flat behind and a brick comes on turn, leading out looks super strong anyways so your options are limited given that consideration, but taking the line you did, you're just forcing me to fold when you have the nuts and I dont see how thats good

could be right, I have not made the calculations, but I still think I'd give you the right odds to draw for straight if I just call. And I can't force you to fold 2 pair+. And with the shortie all in you would never bluff spew so why even consider giving you a chance. Only hands that I'd want to keep are Kx and QQ which you have almost never. imo
