Check/Jam turn is ok if you think he's bet/folding a lot here.
Actually check/calling isn't even that bad here either as you're actually getting good direct odds and you probably get paid off if you hit on a lot of rivers (with lead) vs his turn value range at 10nl

why is it dumb?
you're not folding out a pair here at 10nl by barreling and do you really wanna stick in 130bb in a high variance spot. So many better spots you can choose from

u are almost never going to get direct odds and I doubt he will pay u off on the river when you hit and when you miss you are folding to his bet which might also be a missed fd or something like that, if u c/r u r getting him to almost certainly commit anytime he has any piece of the board even though u will be ahead of fds and be getting decent odds the times you are behind, plus it gets him to fold out all the air which he will likely bet on the river.
i mean in this one instance ur getting direct odds to call, and make c/c a decent play but overall i think c/c is by far going to be the worst of the 3 options.

c/c is for sure better then both b/c and c/r
just like spicy stated, your not folding out hands better on the turn. by check raising you fold out all worse hands. if turn checks around you can safely call a bet on the river. If the villian has a missed fd, he would be stupid not to bet the river when he doesn't have showdown value. only reason to c/r or b/c the turn is when your not comfortable in your ability to make the right decision.
