yea, there's like 0 reason not too. You have a super strong draw but a lot of the crap that you actually hit is scary and you will raise out a ton of crap which actually has a lot of equity against you (high cards, random pairs and such). Had your fd been slightly worse or included a lot of overcards (ie cards he'll probably barrel) I'd be more ok with flatting.
