Is it always a bad idea to setmine 3bet pots? since we were deepstacked in this hand, I'm getting good implied odds. (please don't just spam "OMG FOLD PRE NOOBCAKES", explain why)

It's a math problem man, you can figure it out yourself. You shouldn't make plays based on rules that you don't understand

You get also reverse implied odds, even tight range wont stack off because AK misses and overs fall etc etc.
I just go by the general 1:20 rule of call size/eff stack ratio against standard somewhat nitty ranges amd adjust based on situation (So I do setmine in this spot)

Against some people you can also play your hand as they will have wide 3betting ranges and you are deep and 99 is not exactly 22
