usually there are roughly two types of awesome opponents:
1) the ones that will take anytwo cards to the flop before fit-or-folding
2) the ones that don't like folding at all

vs. 1 I'd like to improve the pot size a little before we make him fold on the flop
vs. 2 the J3s just isn't going to work too well for us @ the unavoidable showdown

Let me demonstrate:
+ Show Spoiler +

I limped suited junk some 6 times behind the fish IP and not once I got raised. I don't want to pump the pot up without value hands or at least double gappers, he calls close to 100% hands.

And clearly limping >folding with these geniuses.

And bore he is somewhere in the middle and folds like 50% flops. (roughly total air with almost 100VPIP 2% raise +then some?

Pretty simple check. You won't get called by worse by the way P4 played the hand.

TheHuHu4 coming soon :)

I am 100% confident I will. The only question is if it will be >50%
He runs with almost 100 VPIP
He had A2o in the hand.

He also never bluff raises, betting like $1 will be always better than checking(which I did, eww)

Oh and FE does not increase signifficantly when I overbet against him, he seems to call more based on dollar value and ignores bet/pot ratio.

Saying he won't call with worse without asking for this info really pisses me off.

No matter who I am playing?
I overbet the turn 2x pot and all draws got there
(you can't even call that a backdoor draw since flop got checked through)

Huhuh even says we will NEVER get called by worse and I checked and it seemed like a mistake after the hand.

You must understahdn that vilain is playing 96 VPIP
is range is HUGE(lol)
Aka hes gona fold flop like ...everytime
;oP
so you can abuse him
iso cbet and take the pot
he may not fold but now you will know it thats all

I saw a couple more showdowns, he actually calls some 60% on flop, including like undercards with backdoor 6hi flushdraw and straight draw -.-

Thats what I am trying to say, the fucker doesn't fold every time, but doesn't call every time either (how can he with 100vpip)

luckily there are 2 more streets after the flop for you to get him off his wide range on in the right moments

not that you should 3 barrel him every hand or nething hehe

Why should I barrel him at all?
Bluffing is not how you make money from this type of opponent, I expect to get value out of his bottom pair when I 2x overbet turn for gods sake.

Like I get that if there were two hungry lion regulars fighting for the gazelle that this fish is to them, but nobody gives a fuck at this table and I don't have to take the marginally +ev spots and risk losing stack that has him covered.

I was playing a lot more marginally when he was at 220bb and I was at 100bb to get to his stack size, but once I match it there is no reason not to just valuebet the shit out of him and hardly bluff him beyond cbet

93% Sure!

I like limping why would we build the pot with such a crappy hand vs a station that doesnt fold ever (and how can we fold anything pf)

do your thing lemon

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol
