this is brutally bad.

you have no idea

im not sure where to start. you have AK in a 3-bet pot, what exactly does HE beat you with except 99? Nothing. See - you are ahead of his entire range - and obviosuly all his bluuffs...

good fold. can never be too safe.

NeillyJQ: I really wanted to prove to myself I could beat NL200, I did over a small sample, and believe Ill be crushing there in the future.

i believe ppl would still call A9s , 33 or just flat AA in this level bcuz i really encountered these shit

the most of time , i just go all-in he would show AK here , we chop , few time AQ AJ

where he RR 32bb into the pot ...i really dont think thats a bluff , where he should realize at this level 3b AK is obv common sense

and there is no room semibluff here....so maybe he rep a set?

--

but yea ...i would flat the set if i were him at this spot

i just didnt want to cold call , just think about shove or fold here

Well you have to count some combinations of cards here. Not much have you beat (i.e. AA has only one combination)

If you are going to 3-bet AK and fold it on a super dry Axx board, then you might as well stop 3-betting from the very beginning. You give players way to much credit here.

If people call w/ A9s and shits, then he can have a lot else here as well. You cant just assume he ONLY raise with hands that have you beat (which is already way to few).

And it is nothing wrong with cold calling here and c/r turn - let him hang himself. If he checks back you can jam river yourself. That is also a fine line...

Bottom line - don't overthink spots like this.

With time you will learn there are some spots where you turn your brain off and just get $ in. Who cares what they might have you got AK on AXX in 3b now do whatever it takes to get their money in the middle.

Now I really am a busto. Thanks FTP.
