if he's tight solid then I'd say this is close at best
given that you have blockers for both the nut flush draws there's really only some KJcc K5ss K6ss even then only if the latter hands are turned into a bluff by a NL50 regular
if there's a lot of chances he's overplaying (of bluffing with??) QXcc or even TXcc it gets a little less bad imo

on the other hand it is 5 handed so if stacking off with top pair seems to be the standard there right now then it's also pretty much alright I guess but then is he floating with a lot of queens? would he not slow down with "just" 10x hands?

A 20/16 at NL50 is simply not creative enough to have draws here often enough and is also not thin vbing enough to play a queen like this. I think you should fold the turn, these guys are all robots.
