Yeah this should have been a raise when I don't raise turn, especially with my 50/36 image over 150 hands and when I bluffed him before with a bet call check raise line and was the table captain ;o, and I think he can have 78o although I would discount it by say 50% of combos PF. In the hand the betsize seemed polarising from him as I think he'd vbet Jx smaller but I should raise regardless because fuck him

The turn... I called as he will have a shitton of air and I expect him to bet any remotely scary river with it, still raising seems fundamentally better with the 2 fds there, waddya guys think?

I left $50 there an ran it up to $300 in 7 days and now I play there when I'm tilted without regrets ;o

I went to Korean restaurant today (to celebrate Chinese new year with my GF) and had a couple Korean cold ones there and ended up Lagging it up hardcore at NL25 when I came back, and this is super easy ship with my retarded image, I see that now

He always bets when checked to with air, it seemed like a better way to get value in the hand no?

Was my thought process at least, I am still pretty bombed ;o

over 50% of turns are rivers will be overcards, if he just closes his eyes and 3 barrels you will fold by the river over 70% of the time ;-0

preflop is bad...if this guy is calling on the btn with 7To raising 23s isnt profitable imo. your OOP w/ a hand that never flops anything. the only reason to play this is if you think the blinds etc will fold.

Zalfor   United States. Feb 03 2011 19:11. Posts 2236

you played this horribly.

that may or may not be true, if he calls 7To but doesn't call light postflop you can open any2 and barrel the hell out of him and win tons of money, This guy wasn't a calling station... 6AF tells you that and that's how I felt about him and why flop play in isolation makes a lot of sense if you didn't consider future streets, I can't bet for value but am ahead of his betting range... he also had some 3/4 fold to cbet so far

yeah whats with the preflop play

u cant open any2 u still have other guys to consider in the hand
otherwise its as if u could open 100% of the time from any pos and be profitable on this table....

opening this is completely out of line imo

edit: and your image over that sample means you should be playing super solid here for easy $ ......

you made the exact opposite of whats the right thing to do here based on your info
