do u guys prefer shoving here iwth a hand like 55's here or do u try ajnd make a small raise?

55 i raise flop

overshoves are generally pretty weak looking, think ak pre, draws postflop, villian probably has air alot unless hes really really bad

I'd always just flat the turn with 55 if I had called flop with it, which I would a decent amount, you represent a weaker range, balance your presumably weak flop calling range which is probably going to be made up of tons of underpairs that can't really stand too much heat and flush draws that can't really flat the turn profitably, and allow him to value cut himself anyway, I think if he has any hand he's calling a turn shove with he's prob going to shove the river on virtually every card anyway. I'd prob raise this flop with this hand though, build some fold equity, allow easier turn situations in position when he flats since I can pick and choose when to take a free one and when to bluff or value bet, and generally not expecting to get 3bet much at all, so I'm not anticipating getting folded off my equity.

if u do raise flop here, wat turn cards are u barreling? his hand is very often a Qx? KQ AQ presumably? (although against this specific player i think he will 3 bet flop).

we are barreling spades of course?
checking a K based on our read? and vbetting river if he checks to us

there aren't many straight cards we can bluff either i don't think so check on all other cards except a flush card?
