This guy is on UTG (first to act preflop) position so he should play only really good hands there like all pocket pairs and AK, AQ, AJ, ATs and KQ. Since it is nl2 and you still have a lot to learn I would not raise this hand, just call (if you feel that he's really bad you could raise to 0.12-0.16) and if you hit top pair probably don't fold your hand unless the board is like four connected cards or four hearts/clubs...
Dude I think that you should really spend some time reading articles about position in poker and preflop play (these two are strongly connected), continuation betting and value betting. These are the absolute basics. You don't need anything more to be winning at nl2. |
