he is a fish that has narrow raising range that cbet tiny we are deep and assuming information I have and gap between vpip pfr I can safely say that the times when he barrels turn that never is an obvious scarecard/a hand that improves his range to TP+ raising here should almost always have higher ev with getting one street from made hands/pps that are calling one raise most of the time and setting up stacks for a comfortable bet shove
