i dont think u rep much here. If u want to make some sort of move c/r flop.
If he steals so much just put in a 3bet pre.

prefer x/r or x/f flop

this card is really bad for u to continue with your plan of x/c x/r bluffing the turn. its a reasonable plan (tho this villain is kind of tight for it), but u gotta be able to abort or change plan when the worst possible cards come out

agree with night, this is usually a pretty +ev flop c/r, and id do that pretty often here imo, but a lot of people's barreling range is kind of narrow and its harder to rep much and all that, so im not so sure about turn

My thought process was he raises wide, barrels wide (people barrel a lot more on merge than on stars), plays NL25 lets assume he doesn't hand read and will fold his air

still sucks dick on this card, much less likely he is barreling light here

this is a terrible way to bluff.

if you're going to c/r do it on the flop. you'll be reping more hands than just a boat or trips and more importantly, the bluff is wayyy cheaper to c/r flop on than on turn. Without some kinda weird history you 2 have flop c/r is far superior than c/c then c/r turn. additional villain has more in the pot + a stronger value range when he makes that strong turn bet as well hurting your fold equity by A LOT.

Cool, thanks for the great contributions guys. I think the fact that I was solid in the session and had the urge to 'own' someone was a big influence as well. What's more I had a really bad image on the table but I didn't want to admit it here, so this play was outright retarded
